Ph.D. project
Vivian works at the ERC research project “Decoupling IT” that explores issues of global green transition and sustainability with a specific focus on the interconnection between IT and climate change. Her work investigates the ESG developments in China and explores China’s changing role in global governance.

Other experience
Vivian has several years’ working experience with interdisciplinary research, communication, and project management in multidisciplinary settings, involving governments, academic institutions, the private sector, and the civil society in several countries, including China and Norway. Among others, she has worked on the "Sustainable Finance and Investment" project at World Wildlife Fund (WWF) Norway, the ERC research project "Brokering China’s Extraversion", and the NRC research project "MultiChina" at the University of Oslo. She is affiliate researcher with the Oslo SDG Initiative at the Center for Development and Environment, University of Oslo, and Board Member and Vice President of the Chinese Professionals in Norway (CPN).
