The seminar is for ITU employees only.

We are happy to present you a research seminar focusing on  on the process from interesting ideas to successful funding applications. The first part of the day is open to everyone and does not require sign-up. We will start by hearing about current focus areas in today’s funding landscapes, as well as institutional perspectives, expectations and requirements seen from ITU management.

This will be followed by a presentation by Professor of Sociology at Goldsmiths (London) Evelyn Ruppert. Prof. Ruppert has successfully led several large projects including one funded by an ERC consolidator grant (www.arithmus.eu). In her talk she has kindly agreed to share with us her experiences as a member of the ERC SH3 Starting Grant panel and provide some insights into her experiences planning, proposing and leading both small and large research projects.
The second half of the seminar will be open to researchers who are interested in sharing work-in-progress or even just initial ideas with others in a smaller group. (NO MORE SEATS AVAILABLE)
